It's very difficult to spoof the United Kingdom's newspapers. Just as you finish making your latest fetishman issue, filled to the brim with news-ery, an actual tabloid goes and uses the headline "House looks like Hitler". I mean what on earth can you do? Laugh maniacally?
Anyway, yes, issue 13 finally casts our protagonist against an actually adversarial adversary: through his mere existence Fetishman offends Maximilian Outrage. Maximilian proceeds to berate our hero on the subject, much to our hero's glee and Maximilian's waxing fury.
The "Outrage" issue is crammed to the gills with fake syndicated cartoons (such as the over-sized equine and avian exploits of Enormous Ass and Giant Cock) and an abundance of gibberish headlines, as well as a guest strip from the wondrous and charming Aly Fell.
