OVERVIEW
(One Shipping Option To Rule Them All)
As it's mostly just me, and I'm regularly at events or doing an art, I'm keeping it simple: there's just one shipping option.
The shipping rates are flat bands depending on the value of the items purchased, and I'll figure out a carrier that's similar to Royal Mail 1st class for UK orders. I'll aim to pack and ship all orders within 10 days and then post will take 1 to 4 days from then, depending on where you live, so in total it's probably 7 to 14 days.
That said if you do need it in a mad hurry and would like next day delivery, and you don't want to rely on geof-chance (for example, on the run up to xmas I'll be shipping stuff more often, but if I'm working on a big art project I may not look at my emails for a few days), then contact us at contactgeof@gmail.com and we'll see if there's a good next-day shipping option we can find.

How much will UK shipping cost?
The webshop cart should calculate this for you, but as of January 2021 it's 3 pounds, with free shipping for orders over £25.
How much will non-UK shipping cost?
As of June 2026 we are only taking non-UK orders via email instead of via this webshop. If you are outside of the UK and wish to purchase from the Doctor Geof shop then drop us an email at contactgeof@gmail.com and we'll figure out the shipping charges to get stuff to your location and see what works.
How are my item/s posted?
We post your item/s using Royal Mail first class post wherever possible, but we may use an alternative courier if the need arises.
We may also split orders and send them in two parcels depending on size and content.
How soon will I receive my item/s?
We aim to process and ship your item/s within 7 working days, which allowing for weekends comes out at 10 days from placing the order. Then adding on shipping time, we would expect UK orders to arrive between 7 to 14 days after you placed your order. Most orders will be shipped sooner than that, but we will contact you in the event of any delay that would take longer. If you're unsure if your order should be with you by now, or you need your order sooner, then please do drop us an email at contactgeof@gmail.com .
Over bank holidays shipping times may be a little longer, however we will try our best to make you aware of where we're at and stuff like our last shipping dates over the Christmas and New Year period.
Also some products are labelled as "Pre-order". If you have ordered a Pre-order product then shipping times will be specified in the product description.
Where do we ship?
As of June 2026 this webshop is just taking UK orders. We are only taking non-UK orders via email instead of via this webshop.
We're still happy to sell Doctor Geof products to non-UK customers, but currently we need to "manually" figure out the shipping costs (postage, duty, US tariffs, EU packaging surcharge, etc.) so we're doing it on a case-by-case basis. If you wish to purchase from the Doctor Geof shop then drop us an email at contactgeof@gmail.com where we can figure out the shipping charges to get stuff to your location and you can decide if that works for thee.
For many years regular non-UK shipping used to be an option on his webshop, and hopefully might be an option again, but over the past few years the new tariffs (looking at you USA) and charges (oh brexit - soz about that EU) has added an admin overhead that's unpredictably time-consuming and/or expensive. So, sadly, for now, we're doing the "email geof" thing. Sorry.
Do you do priority shipping?
Yes, but it depends on how busy we are so it's really only available on request. If you need your order in a hurry please drop us an email at contactgeof@gmail.com
How will my items arrive?
We package all items carefully, small items like patches can be shipped in envelopes, with larger and fragile items are cosily wrapped in bubble wrap, so you get some extra fun on top of your new things.
All art prints are either sent in cardboard tubes or card mailers, both of which can be reused or recycled.
We may also split orders and send them in two parcels depending on size and content.
My order hasn't arrived, what should I do?

What is a "Pre-order" product and how does it affect shipping?
"Pre-order" products have not been manufactured yet, and as such cannot be shipped immediately. The shipping date will be specified in the product description. Offering "Pre-order" products allows us the freedom to make a better range of products, because we can then make better judgements about the quantity of a product we require, and also have the funds to pay for the manufacturing up front.
How do I contact you?
You can email Geof at contactgeof@gmail.com , which he should reply to in 3 to 5 working days (so like 3 to 7 regular days) but hopefully sooner. To be fair, I was ill 2024-2025 so they were bad years for replying promptly (sorry).
