Not posted in a while because I've been busy doing overdue business-maintenance stuff elsewhere that I'd missed (from when the mystery ill was really debilitating in 2024 and 2025), but that does mean it's time to do a couple of vital business-maintenance jobs here. Sadly not yet the fun ones though, just overdue changes I need to make to shipping.
UK customers:
Postage prices have been steadily climbing, so for whilst standard shipping is still only a flat £3 charge, I've tweaked the free shipping to only cut in for orders over £25 instead of £10.
Non-UK customers:
Apologies to my non-UK customers, but I'm sadly taking non-UK orders off the webshop. If you're outside of the UK and would like to purchase Doctor Geof products then you'll need to email us at contactgeof@gmail.com so that we can figure out shipping charges for your location and you can decide if that suits thee.
For many years I shipped to non-UK customers on my webshop, but changes in how royal mail charges duty, the international tariff wars, and the increasing complexity of shipping to the EU since the UK whimsically flounced out of it, have made both the shipping costs erratic, and the shipping-admin unpredictably time-consuming. As such a chat over email is, whilst superficially a step backwards, the easiest system for me to run. Maybe it'll change back, but for now we're unfortunately doing this.
